How are your products packaged for shipping?
Our mounted canvases are neatly packed in sturdy, bespoke Painting By Numbers packaging with instructions in French, English, and Portuguese, then sealed in a mailing bag. Our non-mounted canvases are carefully rolled and shipped in a reinforced rectangular box to help prevent damage during trans... -

How long does it take for products to be shipped?
All of our products are manufactured within 1–3 business days before being shipped. Production time may vary depending on the type of product, with personalised kits taking slightly longer to prepare. -
What should I do if I miss the courier?
If you were not available at the time of delivery, you can usually update your delivery preferences directly with the courier for their next attempt. This depends on the courier used, but they will typically attempt delivery several times before the parcel is returned to us. -
