• When will I receive my first subscription box?

  Subscription boxes are shipped once per month. Dispatch dates can vary slightly depending on factors such as busy periods or seasonal demand. If you need your first box by a specific date or require it urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

• Can I track the delivery of my monthly box?

  Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your monthly box is handed over to the courier, allowing you to follow its delivery.

• Can I change my subscription duration after it has started?

  It isn’t possible to change your subscription duration once it has started. However, you can choose a different subscription option when your current subscription comes to an end.

• How can I re-subscribe?

  Subscription renewals are not automatic. Once your subscription ends, you can simply choose and purchase a new subscription option to continue receiving your monthly Painting by Numbers Subscription box.

• Can I unsubscribe from my subscription?

  Our subscriptions are fixed-term and run for the full duration selected at purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a subscription before it reaches its end date.
