When will I receive my first box?
If you buy your subscription between the 1st and 20th of the month, the first box is sent at the beginning of the following month. Can I track the delivery of my monthly box?
A delivery tracking email is sent to you as soon as the monthly box is entrusted to the carrier. You will be able to follow its delivery. -
Can I buy the boxes already published?
The boxes already published are available for purchase individually in the dedicated section. -
Can I change the subscription formula along the way?
It is not possible to change the subscription formula during the term of this one. You can opt for a different formula at the end of your subscription. -
The renewal of your subscription is not automatic. At the end of it, you can subscribe again to the formula of your choice to continue to receive your monthly DIY Paint by Numbers box.
