Yes. Our high-quality acrylic paints are designed to provide excellent coverage, often from the first coat. However, due to the natural properties of acrylic paint, not all colours have the same level of opacity. Lighter shades and certain tones may have slightly less coverage, which is completely normal.
This can easily be resolved by dabbing a small extra layer of paint directly over the number, either before or after painting the rest of the section, rather than re-coating the entire area. You can find an example of this technique, along with other helpful advice, on our Tips & Tricks page.
