What are the characteristics of the image to be sent for custom paintings?

If you want the final result of your custom painting to meet your expectations as closely as possible, the quality of the source image is key. Avoid, as much as possible, sending images that are too dark, too bright or with too much contrast (faces with a lot of shadows or too much light). We recommend sharp images with a minimum resolution of 150 ppi and of a sufficiently large size. Tight shots are strongly recommended when it comes to portraits. Also, avoid any kind of unnatural modifications on the images such as filters or adding text or logo. Finally, photos of photos are absolutely not recommended. You can send us images that do not meet these criteria, but we will not be responsible for the final product.
